Mechanical repairs at your home or work
Brakes, batteries, steering and suspension, or a warning light that won’t go out. We work out what it needs and quote it, then fix it at your home or work.
Takes 1–2 hrson site
What we fix
- Brakes: pads, rotors, fluid, or a noise you want checked
- Batteries: tested, or a new one fitted
- Steering and suspension: shocks, bushes and ball joints
- Warning lights and electrical faults, with a fault scan
- Whatever failed your pink slip, before the recheck
- Something else? Tell us what’s wrong and we’ll say if we can help
- A quote before we start, and no work without your OK
What can we fix where the car is?
Plenty of repairs don’t need the car to go anywhere.
Our technicians carry their tools and test gear in their utes and vans, so brake work, batteries, steering and suspension, and fault scans can be done where the car is parked.
Tell us what’s wrong when you book: a squeal when you brake, a warning light that won’t go out, a car that won’t start, or the list from a failed pink slip.
The technician looks at the car first and tells you what it needs and what it costs. Nothing starts until you’ve said yes.

Who can repair your car?
In NSW, a business that repairs cars must hold a motor vehicle repairer licence, and everyone it employs must be qualified and certified for the repair work they do.
We hold that licence, and the technician who fixes your car is one of ours.
Our technicians are also authorised by Transport for NSW to do pink slips, so if the pink slip is due, the same visit can include it.
- Our technicians are authorised by Transport for NSW
- A licensed motor vehicle repairer, NSW Lic No. MVRL62214
- Our own technicians on every job

Failed your pink slip? We fix it, then recheck it
A fail means something needs fixing before you can renew the rego. Most fails are parts that wear out quietly, like tyres, globes, wiper blades and brake pads.
We quote the repair first and start once you’ve said yes. Or take the car to any licensed repairer you like.
Within 14 days, the second inspection has no inspection fee. It has to be done by the same inspection station as the first one, which means us.
If we come back out to you for it, that’s a second visit. We agree any charge for it with you before we come.

How a visit works

Step 1
Tell us where the car will be
Your home, your work, or anywhere in Sydney with room to open the doors, boot and bonnet on a hard, level surface.

Step 2
We come to that address
A technician comes in a marked ute or van. Can’t be there? Leave the keys somewhere safe and tell us where they are.

Step 3
We fix it
The technician checks the car, confirms the price with you, and starts once you’ve said yes.

Step 4
We tell you what we did
Before they leave, the technician tells you what they fixed and anything else to keep an eye on.
Questions about repairs
Brake servicing, batteries, steering and suspension, and fault scans for warning lights and electrical problems, at your home or work. For anything else, tell us what’s wrong and we’ll tell you if we can help.
It depends on the car and the job, so we price it once the technician has seen the car. Nothing goes ahead without your OK.
See pricesYes, we quote the repair first. A second inspection within 14 days has no inspection fee, and if we come back out to you for it, we agree any call-out charge with you before the visit. You can also have the repairs done anywhere you like.
Your car failed its pink slip. What now?The brake, ABS and airbag lamps are on the pink slip list, so one that stays on, or never lights up, fails the car. A check engine light isn’t on the list, though the fault behind it might be. A fault scan tells you what turned it on.
Yes. Book the pink slip with the repair and one technician does both, so the car can pass once it’s fixed.
How soon we can come out depends on the number of bookings that day, technician availability and traffic. We’ll agree on an arrival window we can commit to when we arrange your booking. We can’t guarantee an exact arrival time.
