Roadside assistance in Sydney Flat battery or a flat tyre?

$195covers the call-out and finding out what’s wrong, paid before we head out.
First, get yourself safe
We care about your safety more than the car.
Before you call us
- Pull over as far off the road as you can, and turn on your hazard lights.
- Wait away from traffic, behind a barrier if there is one. On a busy road, don’t wait in or beside the car.
- If you’re in danger, such as stuck in a lane of traffic, call 000 first.
- Then call us on 1300 696 999.
After a crash
- If anyone is hurt, call 000 for an ambulance and the police.
- Swap names and addresses, rego numbers and the car owner’s details with the other driver.
- No police at the scene? Report it to the Police Assistance Line on 131 444 within 24 hours if a car was towed, property was damaged, or you couldn’t swap details.
What is roadside assistance?
A technician comes to you when the car stops, finds out what’s wrong and gets it going where they can: a flat battery, a flat tyre or a warning light.
One fixed fee of $195 covers the call-out and finding out what’s wrong, and you pay it before we head out. If the car needs a part or a repair, we quote it first.
Call or message us any time, day or night, and we answer. Technicians come out from 8am to 6pm, as soon as we can get to you.
We don’t tow, do lockouts or bring fuel. If the car needs a tow, we can put you onto a towing company.

What we can help with

Jump starts
We get a flat battery going, then test the battery and the charging system.
New batteries
If the battery won’t hold its charge, we can fit a new one. We tell you its price first.
Flat tyres
We fit your spare, as long as it’s roadworthy.
Warning lights
We plug a scanner into the car to read the fault codes behind the light, so you know what turned it on and what it needs.
Small fixes on the spot
If it’s something quick, like a blown fuse or a loose battery terminal or hose, we fix it there.
Bigger repairs
If it needs more, the technician tells you what’s wrong and we quote the repair.
Who comes out to you?
A technician in a marked ute or van, with their tools and test gear.
We’re a licensed motor vehicle repairer, so if the car needs more than a quick fix, we can quote the repair and do it at your home or work.
- Our technicians are authorised by Transport for NSW
- A licensed motor vehicle repairer, NSW Lic No. MVRL62214
- Our own technicians on every job
