There’s nothing to bring for a mobile visit. Have the car on a hard, level spot with room to open the doors, boot and bonnet, and the keys at hand or left somewhere safe.
- Tell us the rego is due today, or has already run out, when you book or call.
- Keep your phone nearby so we can call you to agree a time.
- Leave the keys somewhere safe if you can’t be there, and tell us where they are.
How to get a same-day visit
Step 1: Book now, or call us
Book online or call 1300 696 999, and tell us the rego is due today or has already run out.
Step 2: Choose priority if it can’t wait
Priority is $99 a booking. We move you to the front of the queue and rearrange other jobs to get to you sooner.
Step 3: We call to agree a time
How soon we can come depends on the day’s bookings, technician availability and traffic, so we agree an arrival window with you rather than an exact time.
Step 4: Pass, and your rego is ready to renew
We lodge the result with Transport for NSW straight away, so you can renew through Service NSW. The invoice comes by email.

We always try to. We fit in same-day inspections whenever there’s room in the day, and if it can’t wait, choose priority when you book and we’ll rearrange other jobs to get to you sooner. We confirm the time when we call.
$99 a booking, on top of the inspection. It moves you to the front of the queue. We still confirm the time when we call, because how soon we can come depends on the day.
Yes, we do mobile pink slips on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekends cost extra. Our Auburn warehouse is open on weekdays only.
Three months. Under that you can renew as usual. Once the registration has been expired for more than three months, the car has to be registered again, which needs a blue slip.
